Attorney Jon Ruckdeschel shared his extensive knowledge on Johnson & Johnson’s asbestos lawsuits in a Financial Times write-up. Johnson & Johnson has faced more than 60,000 claims that its baby talc causes cancer and proposed an $8.9 billion settlement, which hinged on a ‘Texas two-step’ bankruptcy scheme to hide billions of dollars’ worth of assets.
