Homeless service provider breaks down city’s Code Blue operations

URI CEO Nathaniel Fields joined NY1’s News All Day to break down how the city’s Code Blue operations work during extreme cold. He argued the city should do more awareness campaigns to tell New Yorkers about available services before a crisis hits, including those affected by homelessness or domestic violence. The interview followed more than a dozen deaths outdoors after last month’s winter storm.
