MacKenzie Scott gave $7.1 billion to nonprofits in 2025, a major increase over recent years, and 10,000 Degrees was among the recipients. The California nonprofit, which provides scholarships and mentoring to low-income students, received $42 million. CEO Kim Mazzuca said the gift will let the organization reach more students, test technology tools and start an endowment.
