RACHEL BAUMAN

Rachel Bauman is joining The TASC Group as an Account Supervisor, bringing more than six years of experience in public affairs and public relations agency work. Most recently, Rachel spent three years in FleishmanHillard’s Washington, D.C. office before relocating from D.C. back to her home state of New Jersey. Prior to that, she worked in the New Jersey office of Mercury Public Affairs and the New York City office of Avoq (formerly Kivvit). Throughout her career, Rachel has supported a diverse range of clients across strategic consulting, in-depth research, crisis communications, thought leadership, and media relations.

Rachel graduated from Rutgers University in 2020 with dual degrees in political science and cultural anthropology. While at Rutgers, she served as a governing member of Douglass Women’s College and Rutgers University Student Association and remains a member of both Pi Sigma Alpha, the national political science honor society, and Phi Beta Kappa, the nation’s oldest academic honor society. Rachel also studied politics and held internships in Israel and Greece and did a brief stint in India studying Hinduism. In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing with her puppy Goose, and trying new foods with her fiancé, Nick.
