Kezia Kent
Kezia Kent is a graduate of The City College of New York, with a bachelor’s in economics and communications, specializing in advertising and public relations with a minor in public policy. During her time at City College, she was a fellow in The Climate Policy Fellows Program and the Leadership for Democracy and Social Justice’s Social Change Fellowship. Her academic and professional journey reflects her commitment to environmental advocacy and climate justice and a keen understanding of the interconnectedness of environmental policy, media, and the economy. Kezia was the 2023 recipient of The TASC Group’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Scholarship for the summer semester winning a $2,500 scholarship and an internship at TASC that launched her career in advocacy communications.
What do you love most about working in public relations?
I love the continuous learning aspect of the job, there is always more to learn and room to grow!

I enjoy reading, trying new foods, and listening to music.

What is your favorite part about living in New York City?
There is always something new to try whether it’s a pop-up shop or restaurant. I also really enjoy the museums in the city.
If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
I love food too much to only choose one, but these are my faves: Pelau or Sushi.
